power balance
My ideas of game balance are a little different then many others. I would like to write some stuff down to get an idea of where some of the arguments over abilities have come from. Many times I hear that PCs are being "Gimped"
A NPC has the following characterists that can be effected – I ranked them from the most (1) to least important (5)
Hit Points
Armor Class
Attack Roles
Damage Roles
Abilities entitled as free actions and are usable once pre round, unlimited times per day – Such ablities have no impact
Abilities usable once per round
