Depending on whom you talk to Sey Fo, city of wizards is the largest or second largest city on the west coast. It sits on a large pennisula that enters into the largest bay on the coast. The city itself sits on the tip but the port itself is within the bay.

The three towers are generally the first items seen particularly from the sea. The tallest tower belongs to the wiards guild and is the seat of power for Cullen of Baradan and his advisors. The wizards tower is a square building that stands about 10 stories in height. The second tower belongs to the sorcerers guild. It is in a reddish hue with projections which look like thorns. It is about 6 stories in height and the last is a greenish oval crystalline structure which houses the psionics guild. It is about 4 stories in height. As you cross into the bay from the ocean, you pass under the silver sliver bridge. It is a thin bridge and the legend says that a wizard in the past was offended by a ferry owners rate for crossing the entrance to the bay, so he created a bridge and allowed free passage to drive the ferry operator out of business.

The city buildings are mostly stone. At one time the city had stone walls dividing the various parts of the city to prevent destruction by fire. The city has been destroyed at least three times by quakes and fire and rebuilt each time.

The port is always teeming with ships from Baradan, Rokan, The Janan islands, Samaran, The Northern sea kingdoms and other points. At one time in the previous age it was also said to be a point of visit for Spelljamming ships, but that is a local legend.

The city was renamed Valanar on Helm 1, 1877 4th age.
