Tyr
Tyr is the middle son of Tempus and Mystra. He is the lawmaker and bringer of justice to any conflict that his father, uncle or cousins might be responsible for the conflict. Tyr is grim and has a predilection for preciseness. He has a strict moral code which states the truth must be revealed, right wrongs and be just in your actions.
Tyr is intolerant of Helm because of secrets that he keeps.
The head of the church is named the Supreme Magistrate. The other clerics are named the Justices of Tyr. The Supreme Magistrate is named to office by the vote of all the justices in the area. A justice may put himself up or nominate a fellow justice. A calling of the Court is set up and all clerics no matter how new or experienced they may be are required to attend. The candidates introduce themselves and present their cases as to how and why they should be the Supreme Magistrate. The one with the most votes wins. If there is a tie, the tying justices again present their case and it will be voted on again. If there is again a tie, the process will start again with the tying judges until there is a winner. Nobody is allowed to leave once the process has started.
The Supreme Magistrate is elected for life and his views of the laws are the ones that the priesthood will use for their philosophy.
