The 3 elves claim to have seen this ghostly group of wanderers and were the few able to escape alive. A group from one of the city-states angered a Sorcerer King and they were cursed to always cross Athas. If they ever die, they’re resurrected 24 hours later. If they ever stop moving, they’re ripped apart by the Grim Lasher. It’s a weird collection of people, and it’s rumored that if you die near the Accursed Legion you’ll be forced to join them. They were seen near Nibenay and most of the Legion wore Draj uniforms.
