Effects:

  • Sap (3 Uses) – Will double natural healing of fire damage for 2 days.
  • Oil (2 Uses) – Will heal 1hp of fire damage immediately and will also double the natural healing of fire damage for 3 days.

  • Sap (2 Uses) – When found and eaten Larnurma sap will give a +1 bonus to fortitude saving throws against poison for 24 hours.
  • Salve (1 Use)– When used as a salve this herb will heal 1d4 points of poison damage.

NIB

Effects:

  • Powder (1 Use) – Nib leaves crushed into powder give the user a more focused mind. +2 to all concentration checks for 24 hours.

EBUR

Effects:

  • Sap (1 Use) – The root of the Ebur plant, when chewed on, will raise the internal body temperature. +1 on all saving throws vs. cold effects for 12 hours. Ebur sap is poisonous to elves.

WHITECANDLE

Effects:

  • Sap (2 Uses) – When the sap of the Whitecandle plant is cleared of impurities and eaten it gives +1 vs. fear spells for 24 hours.
  • Oil (1 Use) – The Whitecandle plant, when its sap is distilled into oil and used calms the mind and the heart. +1 to all saving throws vs. all mind affecting spells for 24 hours.
