With the floor collapsing beneath them, the PCs find themselves in a large chamber, complete with many Remorhaz. The mother moves forward to the green shard in the middle, while her children move in to attack the party. Finally a small door can be seen at the opposite end of the hall, and appears to be the only way out of this chamber.

Returning, Niala agrees to enter the temple once again to heal Jogaila and care for Watseka. She hides Watseka away from the prying eyes of Thrush, who is having a crisis of faith.

Watseka has been changed, and is now an adult with emerald eyes, and more beautiful than ever.

Connor returns to the Shadree Library. Wants to look for book on Prophecy, Order of the Sublime Chord, and Dragons, and Runes. Thrush tries finds a book on Tactics and War for Jogaila, and Deity Geneology for Watseka. He takes a book of Weaponsmithing and a History of Angels for himself.
