Factions

The sleepers are one of the more organized factions. They’re a largely monastic bunch who are right certain that the whole of the Shatter is nothing more than a dream. Now, there are some finer points to that theory that they love to debate, like whether it’s everyone’s dream or just one person. The thing they do agree on is that it’s time to wake up. They usually do this through mastery of the will, and most psychics trained with the Sleepers at one point or another.
