The Weeping Legion is of the opinion that The Shatter exists for the sole purpose of punishing it’s inhabitants. Every bit of sorrow, every tear that’s shed, is all because of our past wrong doings. Some greater power beyond our ken is out there doing it all, giving us just what it thinks we deserve.
Now, there’s two big groups in the Weeping Legion, and one’s a whole lot more pleasant than the other. The nice group believes that we can escape The Shatter and ascend to a better world if only we learn to be kind and benevolent in the face of evil. These legionaries give to the poor, tend the sick, and all that wholesome non-sense you like in your zealots.
The other group, well, they’re about as bad as it gets. They believe that the only way to ascend is to fulfill the punishment given us, an that means causing pain and sorrow. These legionaries are almost as bad as blighters. They murder, pillage, torture, and make a nuisance of themselves.
