  • Group was warned by Selim that more was beneath the tomb than skeletons.
  • Party ventures inside, despite warnings. Deciding to stop the “evil” once and for all.
  • They battle a strange shadow hound before even passing the first door.
  • Argon Highwind hears a strange voice calling his name, leading him into the dark halls.
  • Aegus Fythol’s skeleton minions help to disarm a few traps…
  • Gnarl’s search reveals a secret door in the hallway, Argon Highwind opens it with strength.
  • Inside, a quiet pool seems to invite all who gaze into it.
  • A sword is laying on the pool bottom, Gnarl fishes it out with a grapling hook.
  • Noises are heard beyond a door at the end of the hall, the party gets ready.
  • The door leads to a stairway leading deeper down into gloom.
  • Argon Highwind and the rest slowly decend deeper into the tomb, only to find horror at the bottom.
  • A village aflame!? Argon Highwind’s home town being destroyed again before his eyes.
  • Hyu acts quickly to aid the screams and cries from the buildings.
  • The fire, smoke, & cries of help all coming from the Scythe Aegus Fythol found in the forest!
  • The illusion ends, revealing only empty cells and dead bodies.
  • Argon Highwind hears his name… “Argon...do you remember this Glorious Day!?”
  • A man, or Half Black Dragon stands at the end of the room, calling to Argon Highwind.

  • He releases his Shadow Mastiff pets and returns “his” scythe to his hands.
  • The group fights hard and triumphs, the Half Dragon turns to ice and snow…?
  • Argon Highwind needs a long rest and healing after a battle that nearly killed them all.
  • Gnarl finds a bit of treasure, (including the Scythe) hidden in an upper chamber.
  • Party escaped the King’s Forest and ventures south to the gates of Suzail.

I am very impressed with the work you put into GMing the game and updating this website. Thanks for making it so flexible in how you handle the characters. It is a blast that you can keep up with it all.
