Present.

It is the city full of urban sprawl. Crime is on the rise. Poverty is off the charts. The air is full of despair. Thick of desperation. Ecomony is in disarry. There has been a few riots but have been put down quickly. The city has seen better days. It is known as Motor City as well as Motown. Pride in itself have been vanquished long ago. Belief in law and order is weakening. Chaos brews in Detriot’s government. Urban renewal is desperately needed. On the other hand, there are odd happenings all over the city unknowing to its residents.

There has been a huge mass of forgeiners long ago everywhere in the world. They don’t know where they came from. Or do they remember. They have come to be known as Shadowkind due to their mysterious origin. People have those forgeiners specificly named due to their lookalikes in books. They are named dwarves, elves, gnomes, orcs, goblins and ogres. Those shadowkind just happen to know the rest of the shadowkind and they couldn’t explain it. They are the drow, half-dragons, dragon-blooded humans, and snake-blooded humans. There have been reports that there are matings between the shadowkind and mankind. The reports are half-orcs, half-orges, and half-elves. There are more that people have discovered that are not recorded yet.
