• The main stronghold of the South, defending against the Land of Peace, Kantora. The city was once used as a staging post for raids into the Kantoran lands. Its strength used to break the iron trade grip of Kantora.
• Despite the strong stone walls, much of the city is empty of military forces. The gates of Bailey are overgrown and rusted, left open to the vast influx of trade from the ample southern nation of Kantora
• More than any other city, Bailey’s day to day business is marked by the finger of the Kantoran Merchant’s Guild, though not enough to draw the King’s attention
