• Almost hidden amidst the deep Forest of the Silver Stag, this city is the source of one of Cosette’s main exports, wood.
• There are extensive treaties between Cosette and Carwithian dealing on deforestation, though border disputes happen to this day
• Though the roads extend to the forest town, Silverna is still removed from the rest of the country, leading to a hearty independent streak amongst the people. Royal titles are almost nominal.
