Dalis City of Bridges
• Originally built on a lake, the upheaval of land in Cendrillion flooded the lake. They city now seems to float on water and travel is mainly by boat
• Home to the Isles greatest bards, painters and dancers. There are a great many schools dedicated to the arts
• Festival of lights: Once a year floating candles are placed in the waters of Dalis and lights are strung from houses, all celebrating the ancestors of Dalis.
