A small town on the shores of the Waking Sea, Harlowe is one of the more northern cities in Rhomeryn. The modest city is well-populated. It stands beside a river and is mainly constructed of rock. It is defended by thick walls and its most noteworthy feature is the majestic castle.
Above is Tyr’s Keep. It is modest castle, built of cream-colored stone and set on a large green island, belongs to a learned countess. It contains a lavish garden and appears to be neglected. It is approached by a narrow paved road. Nearby is a crowded gnomish hamlet in which there is a pawnshop. The holding is rich in iron.
