A member of CrIsis is dead. I barely got to know Drauka, for he was Danzi, and kept to himself. I am concerned that the other members of CrIsis either also knew him not, or this is a regular occurrence. The books spoke of members leaving- was that to cover how many CrIsis had lost? All I know is I am severely affected by his death, and as with all things, I have chosen to pour my feelings onto prose.
I heard a Fly buzz- when I died-
The Stillness in the Room
Was like the Stillness in the Air-
Between the Heaves of Storm-
The Eyes around-had wrung them dry-
And Breaths were gathering firm
For that last Onset-When the King
Be witnessed-in the Room-
I willed my Keepsakes-Signed away
What portion of me be
Assignable-and then it was
There interposed a Fly-
With Blue-uncertain stumbling Buzz-
Between the light-and me-
And then the Windows failed-and then
I could not see to see-
Rest in peace, Drauka. May Horus guide you to your resting place, alongside Osiris.

Interesting choice of poem.
Why is it that CrIsis does not react much when members die? Little was said of Chip, or of others that have left… It is a true observation Terramore.
Tyvernos has commemorated the fallen members that he’s cared for with words of kindness — prosaically or poetically. Turns out he hasn’t actually cared for any of the fallen members.

Its that we are desensitized. Death is common in our line of business.
