Few thieving organizations are as coordinated or well run as the Hidden Hands. There are pockets of them located within most of the small towns, mostly where there are rich folk or nobles. Though they are rather secretive there is some information that is public knowledge. In every city they are in, they use merchants that seem legitimate as covers for their operations. They are also known to use public violence against those who threaten their organization, preferring to deter others with that method rather than have hostilities continue.
