When passing back to Oytmeet after tailing some Hill Giants, the party found the city’s buildings and walls severely ruined by huge boulders which appeared to have been dropped from above. After looking up, the party noticed a stationary cloud which did not appear to be moving with the rest of the clouds. When the party proceeded on, the cloud appeared to follow them for a while.
