e have called this land our second home, and so it is. Yet it is not we who have laid claim to Mierodran; rather she has claimed us as her own. For all our striving Mierodran remains as wild and mysterious as the day we first set foot upon her. Cast your eyes about this land and you will find it is rife with the memories of those who have gone before us. What are Men to this untamed land? We are but lately come sojourners to Mierodran, and, for the sake of hospitality, she has allowed us to partake in her much grander tale.
