Items that must be stumbled upon (or purchased) – although Romen may eventually learn how to craft staves:

  • Spellbooks (especially with higher level spells – like 5th, 6th, and/or beyond)
  • Rod of absorption
  • Rod of security
  • Rod of wonder

Items that Romen could some day craft, but that would be more fun (or make more sense) if they were stumbled upon:

  • Ioun stone (orange) – CL 12th
  • Robe of the archmagi – CL 14th
  • Tome of clear thought (any bonus) – CL 17th

Items that Romen can already craft, but that would be more fun (or make more sense) if they were stumbled upon:

  • Crystal ball (any version) – CL 10th
