The small comet that struck earth that day was no real threat, at least that’s what the astronomers said. Little did they know that as it was consumed by the fires of it`s entry into our atmosphere it was releasing the catalyst of the end of life as we know it. As people gathered outside to observe the cosmic light show they had no way of knowing that this was the beginning of the end for all that was before.
