Genies
Powerful beings native to the Elemental Planes, they are large humanoids with potent magical abilities. Genies occasionally come to the Material Plane to use it as a neutral meeting ground or to trade with mortals.
When a genie loves a mortal and they share a special hug, the result can be the creation of a Genasi bloodline.
Djinn
(singular Djinni) Genies from the Elemental Plane of Air. Mortals often seek to manipulate them through politics or brute, magical force, to exploit their potent magics, in particular ability of Djinn nobility to grant wishes.
Efreet
(singular Efreeti) Genies from the Elemental Plane of Fire. They are known to be warlike, vengeful, and clever and they are natural foes of the Djinn.
In Session 12, the party encountered an Efreeti ghost, Izznaar-Al-Sara.
The Khatam Mahib Ghaza contains an imprisoned Efreeti named Hashtaram.
