The Cartesian Empire sent all of their criminals to this island. Similar in effect to Australia. Many members of the Cartesian Empire came here during the plague.

There are many Negaia Natives on the island that have lived there even before any criminals were sent there.

The land is torn by a war between Kraven’s Manor and Khorsabad. Kraven’s Manor is sacking all cities and creating a slave work force.
