Trade Street
Tavern Street turns into Trade Street as it crosses over the bridge into Westbridge. Trade street is home to most of the better businesses in the city and is well-protected by the Watchmen.
It is a wide avenue lined with two and three story shops and businesses ranging from clothiers and furriers, jewelers, cobblers to speciality shops for those in need of something more… potent.
Trade Street the main thoroughfare of Westbridge, leading from the bridge to Westgate and beyond into the Stoneback hills. As such it intersects almost every cross street in Westbridge, including: Portal Street and Forge Lane.
Other notable places on Trade Street are:
The Cairnbridge City Bank, a massive marble building built in the heyday of the city before the fall of Nerath. Most of the city’s wealth is kept in the magically defended vaults beneath it and very few are foolhardy enough to attempt to rob it.
The Central Market also spreads out around Trade Street just east of [[Cairn Hill (Noble Hill)]]. This vast flea market becomes a tangle of tents and wagons as it spreads out across a large paved pavilion. Each morning merchants arrive, parking their wagons and setting up shop for the swarms of customers sure to arrive.
