The Tri-Jet is a VTOL-capable assault vehicle developed by SHIELD using engines based on Stark Incorporated technology similar (but less advanced) to the tech used in Iron Man’s boot jets.

It can carry a squad of up to 8 SHIELD agents, along with a pilot and co-pilot.

SHIELD loaned the use of one of these craft to Hawkeye and his companions to investigate the attack on Pym Innovationson the West Coast (Assembly Required #2)
