01[18:59] <thomamelas> It goes. I was worried I was the only one who remembered tonight.

01[19:01] <thomamelas> Hello
[19:01] <jake2> howdy all!
[19:01] <mranthropy> I was just going to say, “Hopefully Jake remembers…”
[19:01] <mranthropy> but that would be rude now that he’s here!
[19:01] <jake2> hahahaha
[19:02] <jake2> Ellie is on her way. desc hasn’t said anything but it sometimes takes him a few minutes to get home
[19:03] <jake2> oh my god: http://sphotos-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-prn1/74385_536558083028492_645428148_n.jpg
01[19:04] <thomamelas> That’s terrible.
[19:04] <mranthropy> That is… yeah.
[19:06] <jake2> context-sensitive ads are the best. like when I was watching the Insane Clown Posse video and youtube threw up a banner for Magcraft magnets.
[19:08] <jake2> so how’s the week going?
[19:10] <mranthropy> going okay i guess. been super busy at work and then came home to clean for 3 hours. so chinese food for dinner again!
[19:11] <jake2> I could actually totally go for chinese. I had Po’s Dumplings the other day, some chicken thing in garlic sauce, and it was godly
[19:11] <jake2> that said, if you’re housecleaning, that deserves at least a pizza
[19:11] <mranthropy> I love po’s. the hot pots there are awesome.

[19:21] <jake2099> ok, I’m back!
[19:22] <ell> wb
[19:22] <jake2099> ty ty
[19:24] <jake2099> so! last time, Elithora and Aurelia were asked by the Mysterium to obtain a copy of a map drawn in the eighteenth century, depicting southern British Columbia and its environs, but also secretly charting the paths of ley lines as they existed at the time (the idea being to chart how they’ve shifted since, as part of the project to unearth Saguenay).
[19:25] <jake2099> The map had been in the possession of a local mage, but thanks to poor recordkeeping he had died a couple decades ago and his estate was sold at auction without any local mages being aware of it.
[19:27] <jake2099> You guys followed the trail to a high-powered Vancouver law firm that had handled the auction, and coaxed your way into their records. It turned out that his entire estate had been snapped up for an unusually high price by a local developer called Eschaton Properties.
[19:27] <jake2099> The firm does a lot of business with Eschaton and BJ was able to suss out addresses for several of their holdings around town.
[19:27] <desc> Also he roxored a monitor.
[19:27] <jake2099> He totally did!
[19:28] <jake2099> I think that was one of the few successes rolled that entire night
01[19:29] <thomamelas> Leet hacker.
[19:32] <jake2099> The investigation took a backseat to your guys’ participation in the bleakscale hunt, but now that you have some time again, it has resumed. You’ve got a list of Eschaton holdings. The significant ones appear to be several floors of condominiums in the Living Shangri-La skyscraper downtown, a warehouse complex in Burnaby…
[19:32] <jake2099> , and a series of small commercial spaces downtown, often in somewhat sketchy neighborhoods (or “neighbourhoods” in the local lingo)
[19:34] <jake2099> What they DON’T have is a corporate mailing address. There’s a Canada Post box in North Vancouver and that’s it.
[19:35] <jake2099> It’s 10am on an early summer weekday morning. How would you guys like to begin?
[19:36] <desc> Hmm.
01[19:36] <thomamelas> I vote for the warehouse.
[19:37] <desc> I lean towards the skyscraper but it’s a coin toss right now.
[19:37] <desc> A warehouse could be a holding location for a bunch of items sitting in storage. Hmm.
[19:37] <mranthropy> That’s not exactly fair
-you can fix the results of a coin toss!
[19:37] <jake2099> if you guys want more details about any of those, let me know. I can tell you what your characters can uncover from a basic Googling or if you want to use magic or whatever.
[19:38] <jake2099> and yes fate magic plus coin toss equals hilarity
01[19:40] <thomamelas> Researching the warehouse. Via google.
[19:42] <desc> I … I wouldn’t tamper with the easily-modified outcome of a random event!
[19:42] <desc> I’ll research up the skyscraper for anything interesting.
[19:43] <jake2099> Ok!
[19:44] <jake2099> Burnaby is southeast of downtown Vancouver and is one of those suburbs that is oddly rural despite being not far at all from the city center. Sort of like parts of Wyandotte County here in KC, where you can go from The Wire to Deliverance in the space of about a block
[19:44] <jake2099> street view is my friend here: https://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&safe=off&q=burnaby
bc&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_cp.r_qf.&bvm=bv.41248874,d.aWM&biw=1454&bih=674&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=wl&authuser=0
01[19:45] <thomamelas> An ex-gf’s family lives there.
[19:46] <jake2099> in burnaby, you mean?
01[19:46] <thomamelas> Yes.
[19:46] <jake2099> do they play banjos
[19:46] <jake2099> or whatever the canadian equivalent is. ukulele?
[19:46] <ell> hmmm
01[19:47] <thomamelas> No, but he has a collection of telephone booths that would make the American picker’s people go squee.
[19:47] <jake2099> oooh that is actually pretty rad
[19:47] <jake2099> Southern Burnaby, down by the innermost curves of False Creek, is a maze of docks and somewhat dilapidated railroad tracks. The warehouse property is about the size of a city block and largely surrounded by weedy, unkempt fields.
[19:48] <desc> Meth lab
[19:48] <jake2099> hahahah yeah
[19:49] <desc> That thought was both in and out of character
[19:49] <jake2099> The Living Shangri-La, on the other hand, is Vancouver’s newest skyscraper and the new tallest building in town (and, IIRC, Canada). It’s a mixed-use affair with condos, commercial space, and a hotel on the lower twenty-odd floors.
[19:49] <jake2099> Eschaton owns a block of condominums there, all adjacent, roughly two thirds of the way up.
[19:51] <desc> Googling. Woah. It looks fancy, alright.
[19:52] <ell> That is going to be a tough nut to crack
[19:52] <mranthropy> hallows tend to be in high places, right?
[19:54] <jake2099> That they do!
[19:55] <jake2099> And in Vancouver, all the high places tend to be manmade and super expensive.
[19:55] <desc> Anything succulent about the commercial spaces?
[19:57] <jake2099> Well, one thing. They’re all first-floor retail/commercial dealies in slightly dodgy or old-timey neighborhoods, and they all seem to be rented out by the same tenant – a “wellness program” called TruLife.
[19:57] <desc> o rly
[19:58] <jake2099> indeed
[19:58] <ell> “I’m worried we might be looking at seers, or worse”
[20:00] <desc> “I’m not sure what to think. I wonder if all of these places are on ley lines.”
01[20:02] <thomamelas> “It is likely something. The question is do they know the value of what they have?”
[20:03] <desc> “Hard to say. But why else would someone want a pile of dingbatty historical effluvia?”
[20:04] <mranthropy> “And a name like ‘Eschaton’ does carry certain… implications.”
[20:05] <desc> “The warehouse would be easiest to surveil, I’d think. We could be on camera the entire time we were in the skyscraper, although I’d bet if anyone knows anything, that’s where they’d be. And this Trulife business gives me pause — there could be employees who have more info than sense.”
01[20:08] <thomamelas> “Perhaps but going through the Trulife route seems like a needle in a haystack.”
[20:08] <desc> “What are the votes? I’m a pessimist and think they know what they have. I think anything we want is going to be valuable and stuck somewhere truly inconvenient in the skyscraper.”
01[20:10] <thomamelas> “I suspect the warehouse is where it likely is.”
[20:11] <mranthropy> (I know—split the party!)
[20:11] <jake2099> (hahaha)
[20:11] <ell> "I’m for checking the warehouse first.
[20:12] <mranthropy> Sinon nods. “If we need to infiltrate the shangri-la, we’ll likely want to make more detailed preparations anyway.”
[20:13] <desc> “Warehouse it is.”
[20:17] <jake2099> Ok! To the warehouse! Real quick, are there any preparations you’re making as you go, magical or otherwise?
01[20:18] <thomamelas> Mage armor, forces armor and mage sight.
[20:18] <desc> Not beforehand. I’m just going to fate-vision it once we actually get close for any looming destined clues.
[20:19] <ell> I’m also going to wing it
[20:20] <mranthropy> Life armor + mage sight
[20:20] <jake2099> Ok!
[20:21] <desc> (does anyone have mage rules dropboxed or somesuch? I realized all my pdfs are on my other win7 install on the HD not currently plugged in.)

[20:21] <jake2099> http://dl.dropbox.com/u/53169097/Mage%20the%20Awakening.pdf
[20:22] <jake2099> Oh, and I forgot to ask – who’s driving?
[20:23] <jake2099> The curse of GMing is that if I don’t ask then you guys will end up in a car chase and we’ll have no idea who drove or where you parked, so
[20:23] <mranthropy> Sinon’s been out to Burnaby before, so he can drive.
[20:23] <jake2099> Ok!
[20:24] <desc> Sounds good.
01[20:24] <thomamelas> Is riding shotgun. Without the shotgun.
[20:24] <jake2099> Also, I didn’t mention it, but sans a cabal sanctum I tend to assume the ur-space you guys were conversing in was Chemical Wedding
[20:24] <ell> right
[20:24] <jake2099> although I guess in this game it could actually have been some kind of ur-space
[20:24] <ell> :P
[20:24] <mranthropy> hmmm. we may need to find random places to meet and chat. Guardian paranoia, activate!
[20:25] <jake2099> hahahaha, that is actually a good point!
[20:25] <desc> As a mysterium scholar,
[20:25] <desc> no one wants to hear the dumb academic shit I have to say.
[20:26] <ell> XD
[20:26] <mranthropy> plus, should anyone ever trust carcetti/littlefinger/montesquieu?
[20:26] <jake2099> He has such a likeable face!
[20:26] <desc> Oh hell naw.
[20:32] <jake2099> Forty minutes later, Sinon’s car rumbles over a set of rail tracks toward a street intersection that looks like something out of Flint, Michigan. On the left is a weedy field holding the rusted remains of a b-ball hoop and a billboard for Kools. To the right is a fenced-in blacktop parking lot with a little guard hut in front.
[20:34] <jake2099> Straight ahead is your target – a series of five long corrugated-metal warehouses, side by side, each about the side of a bungalow house, and all surrounded by cyclone fencing. There are floodlights on high posts at the corners, and the entrance appears to be a gate on wheels, opened by a card key.
[20:36] <desc> Elithora stares at the buildings with unfocused eyes, murmuring some word in a dead language derived from an Atlantean root.
[20:36] <jake2099> You can see a white-shirted guard making lazy rounds periodically. Nobody seems to be entering or leaving the buildings.
[20:37] <desc> (fate sight GO!)
[20:37] <desc> 4d10h8
[20:37] <critical> desc, 4d10h8: 3 [4d10h8=[10,8],8,6,7]
[20:38] <jake2099> oh nice! ok
[20:42] <jake2099> Elithora can sense, and sort of see, thin, web-like strands of Fate drawing her and the cabal toward the warehouse. She also sees a pair of other strands headed toward it from a different direction. At that moment, the car radio starts playing a Pixies song, and one of the two other strands seems to vibrate in time with it.
[20:43] <jake2099> The song is “Here Comes Your Man,” from Doolittle.
[20:43] <mranthropy> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hvi4iA3PnKE
[20:44] <jake2099> (luckily it’s not “wave of mutilation”)
[20:44] <desc> Elithora’s head turns away from the buildings, apparently staring at nothing, then tracks back to the buildings. She shakes her head and tries to refocus on her surroundings. “There’s something here … not only for us.”
01[20:45] <thomamelas> “Any idea if it is hostile or not?”
[20:46] <desc> “I don’t know.” She rubs her eyes and straightens up. “But this is definitely a place of interest for a pair of people besides us. You may have chosen a good place to start.”
[20:47] <ell> “Then let’s get started. Anyone have a trick to get use inside?”
[20:47] <mranthropy> “I’d rather we were gone before hostility becomes an issue.” Sinon looks at Blackjack. “Can you handle the key reader?”
[20:47] <desc> Elithora looks around out the window. “I wonder whose man.”
01[20:48] <thomamelas> “I will need to get close but I think so.”
[20:50] <mranthropy> Sinon nods and begins to drive up to the gate.
[20:51] <jake2099> Okay! You’re at the gate. The security guard is on the other side of the complex at the moment. What are you doing about the reader?
01[20:52] <thomamelas> Going to touch the reader and close the contact that tells the gate to open.

critical> thomamelas, 4d10h8: 2 [4d10h8=8,3,5,8]
[20:56] <jake2099> The light goes green and the gate slides open. The five buildings beyond are labeled A through E, running from your left to your right. They’re rectangular, the short end facing you, and have wide driveways between them.
[20:58] <jake2099> On each side facing you is a small personnel doorway flanking a loading dock. Nobody seems to be moving around or between any of the facilities, however, aside from the guard you saw earlier.
01[20:58] <thomamelas> Do any appear to be heavily warded?
[20:59] <jake2099> They’re all moderately warded ,but none is giving you Fort Knox vibes exactly.

[21:04] <jake2099> (one sec)
[21:04] <desc> Elithora peers at the buildings again, trying to pick out those two threads again more closely.
[21:08] <jake2099> Sinon sees several dim signs of life in building B. About two dozen, in fact, but unmoving.
[21:09] <jake2099> Elithora sees the strands thinly – the people they belong to aren’t here. Yet.
[21:09] <mranthropy> “There’s something alive in B. Alive and not moving. Let’s start there.”
[21:10] <jake2099> The guard is about to round the corner and see you five. Do you want to try and get into B before he comes round, or deal with him when he does?
[21:10] <jake2099> Er, you four, haha.
[21:11] <desc> “Let’s go. Now.”
[21:11] <ell> Aurelia nods and follows quickly
[21:12] <jake2099> Ok! The employee door is locked, with a similar key card mechanism.
[21:12] <mranthropy> Sinon heads over after the mystagogues.
[21:12] <jake2099> Who wants to deal with the door?
[21:12] <mranthropy> (not a locked door!)
[21:13] <jake2099> (I RETURN)
[21:13] <ell> (ugh… at least it’s an electronic lock, right?)
01[21:13] <thomamelas> Going to touch the door strike and see if I can open it via the contacts again.

[21:15] <jake2099> (oh cool, ok)
[21:16] <jake2099> The door opens, and you all hustle in. Through the little window, you can see him quizzically looking at Sinon’s car for a moment, then shrug and continue.
01[21:17] <thomamelas> (Ha, you thought you could best us again locked door.)
[21:17] <jake2099> The inside of warehouse B is downright chilly. A blast of cold air greeted you as you entered, and now, looking around, you see your breath forming little puffs of condensation.
[21:19] <ell> “This isn’t a good sign… cryogenics?”
[21:19] <jake2099> You’re on an elevated concrete walkway that goes down the left side of the warehouse; a railing is to your immediate right, and then below the railing about five feet is the actual warehouse floor. The floor is occupied by about a half-dozen container crates, each of which is hooked up to some kind of ventilation or cooling system.
[21:19] <jake2099> The life signs are coming from inside those.
[21:20] <mranthropy> how big are these crates?
[21:21] <jake2099> about four meters long and two on a side
[21:22] <jake2099> er six meters long, rather.
[21:22] <jake2099> The smallest ISO shipping size. There are four lives inside each one.
[21:24] <ell> “This isn’t what we’re here for…”
[21:24] <desc> This just cannot be good.
[21:25] <ell> Aurelia looks nervous
[21:25] <jake2099> The whole place thrums with the sound of pumps, and is lit by merciless banks of harsh fluorescents.
01[21:25] <thomamelas> “Creepy. Any idea what is in there?”
[21:26] <mranthropy> Sinon heads down the walkway to get a closer look at one of the containers. (Are there any windows/plates to look through?)

[21:28] <jake2099> Yes, there are small portholes on the short ends. They’re completely covered with condensation.
[21:31] <ell> Aurelia cautiously looks in one of them
[21:31] <mranthropy> Sinon moves up to one of the portholes and wipes away the condensation with the cuff of his jacket. He cups his hands and peers inside.
01[21:32] <thomamelas> Keeps an eye out, watching as you guys look into what are likely to be horrifying containers.
[21:32] <desc> Elithora has seen Alien and has zero desire to get facehugged and is likewise glancing around from arm’s length.
[21:33] <jake2099> A man’s face stares out at Sinon. It is generically handsome, but its gaze is watery and its expession is slack, with three days of stubble on it. It opens its mouth. Behind it are three other men, leaning against the walls of the container or sitting on the floor in poses of mindless lassitude.

[21:39] <ell> “They’re practically vegetables. This is some conspiracy theorist shit.”
[21:41] <desc> “Yes. We have some time, but they will come.”

01[21:43] <thomamelas> “Not much. I have a pistol. I was not expecting I would need something with more bang. I am guessing you want to open this?”
[21:45] <mranthropy> “These are husks. Seers grow or indoctrinate them for domination via profane urim. I suspect the two strands Elithora detected will most certainly be hostile.”
[21:45] <jake2099> Those of you trained in Occult can make Int + Occult checks to discern relevant facts about them
01[21:45] <thomamelas> Looks to Eli “Any idea how long we have?”
01[21:46] <thomamelas> 6d10h8

critical> Ell, 5d10h8: 1 [5d10h8=1,1,8,1,3]
[21:46] <desc> Elithora glances at the time on her phone and then tries to stare through a wall.
[21:46] <desc> 5d10h8
[21:46] <critical> desc, 5d10h8: 1 [5d10h8=3,3,[10,3],5,3]
[21:47] <desc> Trying to time-sight it, only one success.
[21:47] <jake2099> Different Seer ministries have different ways of indoctrinating servants – these mindless shells are called Hollow Ones and are created and used by the Ministry of Paternoster.
[21:47] <jake2099> Paternoster is the Seer ministry that follows the Exarch called The Father, and they specialize in the manipulation of faith to create obedience.
01[21:48] <thomamelas> So they are vegitables, kept in the cold to keep them fresh?
[21:48] <jake2099> Exactly
[21:48] <jake2099> Hollow Ones are easy to control with a Profane Urim, but also
[21:48] <jake2099> Mind spells cast on them are permanent.
[21:48] <jake2099> Which is a huge deal.
[21:49] <ell> :o
[21:49] <jake2099> These husks will be given bare-bones false lives somewhere and serve out their days working as slave labor security guards or receptionists or assassins.
[21:51] <ell> Aurelia has a thought. “I might be able to exert control over these things. Permanent control.”
[21:51] <jake2099> The people they work with might be weirded out by their eagerness to work overtime and the way they never seem to have much conversation to make, but they’ll pass as human.
01[21:51] <thomamelas> Grimaces at the idea of Aurelia doing that. “Use them to buy us some time to find the map?”
[21:54] <jake2099> Desc, Elithora estimates you have somewhere in the realm of five to ten minutes. The vibrating is getting stronger.
[21:55] <ell> "Or simply sabotage the seers. Though that would be risky. Too risky. They could trace us…
[21:56] <desc> Elithora’s eyes are darting at points on the horizon. “They’re not far. We have a few minutes.”
[21:56] <mranthropy> “We’re not ready for that.” Sinon nods and looks around.
[21:57] <mranthropy> (casting interconnections to see if there is anything in here we take to use as a sympathetic connection)

[21:58] <jake2099> ding!
[21:58] <jake2099> 1 sec
[21:58] <ell> Aurelia starts checking the other containers, getting all of the subjects in range.
01[22:00] <thomamelas> Looks at Sion, “I am going to find a place with good cover. How much more time will you guys need?”
[22:02] <jake2099> The hollow ones themselves have been carefully stripped of any sympathetic connections with Destroy the Threads, but Sinon sees a web of probability and sympathy around a blue jumpsuit hanging from a peg on the left wall.
[22:03] <jake2099> It looks like one of the Hollow Ones wore it recently, possibly having been ordered to function as a warehouse worker for a few hours.
[22:05] <mranthropy> Sinon runs over to the jumpsuit and grabs it. “The jumpsuit should at least give us a sympathetic link to one of them. Even if this doesn’t work it might come in handy later.”
01[22:06] <thomamelas> Jacob, looking for a place with decent cover. In a perfect world a place with one or two firing positions and one on the right side of the warehouse facing the door.
[22:07] <mranthropy> “Aurelia, are you going to need help with this?” (I can assist with a mind spell since I have a couple of dots, right?)
[22:08] <ell> (Are you macking my style?)
[22:08] <jake2099> The cooling equipment on the right side of the warehouse would give cover – it’s about four feet tall, thick, and made of metal.
[22:09] <jake2099> The containers themselves are also ruggedly constructed and taller than man-height. If someone came in through the loading dock they’d give good cover.
[22:09] <jake2099> (yeah you can totes assist)
[22:12] <ell> roll yer dices to assist
01[22:12] <thomamelas> Ooooh…good cover. Taking out his pistol and hiding behind a bit of cooling equipment.
[22:12] <mranthropy> (Before assiting)
[22:12] <mranthropy> Sinon walks over to Elithora. He reaches into his jacket and pulls out a pistol. “Take this and do whatever Blackjack says.” (Sinon is going to cast a Life-version of Bestow Skill to give Elithora Firearms)

[22:12] <desc> Elithora weighs the gun in her hand uncertainly.
[22:12] <mranthropy> (she has one die of Firearms at least!)
[22:13] <mranthropy> (Now assissting…)

[22:14] <jake2099> (if you want to willpower that, I’d let you make another roll)
[22:14] <ell> that’s fine

[22:14] <critical> Ell, 4d10h8: 1 [4d10h8=7,3,6,8]
[22:14] <ell> blam, mind controlled
[22:15] <ell> doin a mass version of control base mind
[22:15] <ell> orderin all these suckas out of their cages and into formation
[22:16] <jake2099> How are you guys opening the containers? They’re padlocked.
01[22:17] <thomamelas> Looks at Elithora, pointing towards a spot with good cover. “Stay there. Keep your head down. When I make this gesture” mimes shooting a gun “then pop up, pull the trigger over and over till it goes click then go back to hiding.”
[22:18] <ell> Aurelia starts kicking locks
[22:18] <mranthropy> Sinon moves to the nearest container. He mutters a bit in High Speech. (Casting Coaxing the Spirit for help with the lock)
[22:18] <desc> Elithora nods and moves to cover, but handles the gun in a slightly more familiar way than moments ago.

[22:19] <ell> Yep
[22:19] <ell> more lock poppin
[22:19] <jake2099> And yours!
[22:19] <ell> pop locking
[22:19] <jake2099> hahahaha
01[22:20] <thomamelas> (Tonight no lock will stand in our way!)
[22:20] <mranthropy> (boy these locks are like Spike on buffy—badass the first time on screen, then nothin’_
[22:20] <jake2099> hahahaha
[22:20] <jake2099> I haven’t brought in a powerful NPC to trivially unlock the lock yet, though
[22:20] <ell> Aurelia orders all of the zombies out of their cages, then sets them to start miming Thriller
[22:21] <ell> "Hahaha, this is so great!
[22:21] <jake2099> You guys get all six containers unlocked. How are you arranging the hollow ones, Ell?
[22:21] <jake2099> oh
[22:21] <jake2099> you answered that :P
[22:21] <mranthropy> “We strike fear in our enemies.”
[22:22] <ell> stomp stomp stomp clap
[22:23] <jake2099> Making zombies dance Thriller is an act of hubris, but only against Wisdom 9 :D
[22:23] <mranthropy> (Sinon checks his watch to see if there is enough time to either leave or replace Elithora with Blackjack.)
[22:23] <mranthropy> err.. that made more sense in my brain.
[22:23] <jake2099> Elithora sees the strands of Fate vibrating more tightly – they’re practically thrumming.
[22:24] <jake2099> How do you mean replace?
[22:24] <mranthropy> I jet meant, get my gun back.
[22:24] <jake2099> ohhhh ok
[22:24] <jake2099> Well, as you have that thought
[22:24] <jake2099> The loading dock door opens.
[22:24] <desc> Elithora checks her gun and glances around. “Guys. It’s about to happen.”
[22:25] <jake2099> And two dark-suited men are peering inside. One is a dyspeptic-looking, balding middle-aged man with a bureaucratic look to him, the other is a younger, weedier-looking fellow in dark shades.
[22:25] <mranthropy> (assuming there is time, Sinon will run up to join Elithora in cover)
[22:26] <jake2099> (there is just enough time)
[22:26] <ell> “Charge!” Aurelia points towards the two men from her horde of naked stepford people.
01[22:26] <thomamelas> Peering at them with mage sight, seeing if the have any shielding spells up.
[22:27] <jake2099> They have mage armor and mind shields up, yes.
01[22:28] <thomamelas> Oh it’s time for fucking with them I think.
[22:29] <jake2099> The two men take cover. “I think someone’s bitten off more than they can chew, Doolittle!” the younger one yells. “I concur, Pinkerton,” the older one growls as he produces a wand. And it’s 10:30, so we’ll leave it there for Tuesday!
[22:29] <desc> dun dun DUN
[22:29] <mranthropy> We meet again!
[22:30] <ell> (i finally uninstalled CoH
[22:30] <jake2099> aww
[22:30] <jake2099> And yes, Sinon saw these guys recently
[22:31] <ell> the pixies people
[22:31] <jake2099> well pixies and weezer
[22:31] <ell> right
[22:32] <ell> I am so charging them with a horde of zombies. I could get used to this
[22:32] <jake2099> hahahaha
[22:33] <jake2099> good work, guys!
01[22:33] <thomamelas> Luckily Eli didn’t ask if there was a techincal name for that plan. Because that would have been awkward.
[22:33] <jake2099> why’s that?
01[22:34] <thomamelas> Because the answer is “bait”.
[22:35] <desc> now see, this is just going to turn into a Situation
[22:38] <ell> ok, I think I’mma swap back over to windows
[22:38] <jake2099> ok!
