Legal Matters and Disputes that cannot be resolved through a higher member will consist of the following:

Jury: Made up of 1 of each of the archetypes by consensus/majority vote
Judge: Michael/Divis Mal (Or Nova currently in charge.)

If there is a tie the Judge will decide.

Torture is not a valid punishment. The Jury must be unanimous about the punishment, but Michael/Divis Mal (Or Nova currently in charge) can veto a punishment & all the other Society members can unanimously override the punishment.

Punishments may include, but are not limited to: Loss of privilege, community service, exile, rehabilitation, removal of powers temporarily (months, weeks, days), death.

Trials must be public & always recorded.
