actions of the Avatar Campaign World

This section includes all the various factions, kingdoms, and nations competing for dominance and prosperity in the avatar campaign. The first 9 factions listed are large national groups. These represent Nations, Kingdoms, and prominent cultures in the Avatar World.

The latter list includes smaller groups and organizations throughout the world that the party hear of and encounter throughout the campaign. Many of these smaller groups function within a larger faction, some independently working for their own interests or even against the nation they work in.
