World of Elrion

From the great human cities of the plains and coasts, to the mighty, dwarven strongholds deep in the mountains; from the elegant cities of the elven forests, to the massive nomadic caravans of the halflings; from the powerful and wealthy merchant lords of the gnomes, to the feared and despised orcs bands; this world of fantasy, magic, medieval lords, and wizardry masters is a fine place indeed for people seeking adventure, gold, and a place of their own to call home. Little is know about the true origins of this vast world other than that of myths and what most leading philosophers believe, based upon the principle of the universe. The cosmos in which Elrion is a part of exists and functions along a set of guidelines and laws that dictate how everything works from the mightiest tarrasque to the smallest flame. Though this is a recent discovery, within the past 200 years, it has revolutionized how the people of Elrion view the world around them, and revolutionized how we live in it and utilize its many gifts. Elrion is a massive world, similar to earth, but with its own unique qualities, diverse races, unusual creatures, and complex societies, nestled in amazing lands of great natural beauty and danger. Elrion currently holds several continents, and each one holds its own wonders. The current campaign centers around the region known as Creim, which is composed of two continents, Hespia to the north, and Glanodel to the south. In these lands one can many unique attributes. The religions of this place are possibly the most unique thing about this place; however its marvels of civilizations are also a sight to behold. Another thing that one might find interesting is the level of ethnic diversity, one can find all sort of various walks of life, and with this, comes various interests, which have breeded the many unique orders, guilds, and cults.

In conclusion, this world of ours is strange for certain. But with the unusual, comes the unique, and with the unique comes the amazing. It has a rich history of religious conflict, magical discovery, and technological discovery.
