Network of bandits, thieves and mercenaries that operate mostly in the southern region of Fayhollow. They are organized as independent cells, where each cell is lead by one lieutenant that reports back to a council, but is otherwise autonomous. Members are identifiable by the distinct marking of a pure black tattoo from the tips of their fingers to the middle of their forearm on their right arm.
