Ink or Dye is in Steel Rails. It is the back porch to Ulric Calder. All it is is an Old Baber Chair, some odd tools, and a sign that says “Ink or Dye”. You come here at your own risk, but to a lot it is worth it. There is no where else in town to get inked or pierced, and no where else in all America for a Supernatural to get the work done.
