The current leader of the Cocytal Seat in Dis. It is a title that carries much responsibility, but much power. The Dispater’s duty is to orchestrate the other Seats (and thus the rest of Hell), and to scry upon the dreams of Lucifer, in order to preempt and better fathom the intricacies of the Will.

The original Dispater is unknown, but it is a title that has been held by all five of the inhabitants of the Palace of Transgression. The current Dispater is Baal.
