THE ELEMENTAL PLANE OF AIR
The least hostile of the Inner Planes, the Boundless Blue is an endless sky with no true up or down. Non-natives build their settlements on chunks of earth and other elements that have drifted in from other planes.
Akadi rules the elementals; Yan-C-Bin and Chan are the plane’s archomentals. The Great Caliph of the djinn hold court in the Citadel of Ice and Steel, which is sometimes visited by the flying castle of Sardior. Some planewalkers claim to have seen Bahamut’s Palace in the Boundless Blue, though its proper location is in the Seven Heavens.
