PLAGUE-MORT
“Outlands” gate-town to the Abyss, Plague-Mort is ruled by Arch-Lector Byrri Yarmoril. Like all gate-towns, Plague-Mort reflects the character of the plane on the other side of the gate, and runs the risk of being absorbed into that plane if it becomes too much like it.
The Illuminated kept kip at the Bell and Whistle in Plague-Mort until our heroes burned them out. The butcher Rothwell’s shop is an Anarchist safehouse, the only such case known to our heroes.
