DIS
The second of the Nine Hells of Baator.
This layer is dominated by the Iron City of Dis, ruled by the Lord of the Second, Dispater the Iron Duke. The baatezu are apparently building a copy of Sigil beyond the mountains outside the city walls.
Our heroes, dumped into Dis by a malfunctioning portal, escaped via another portal which led from a gatehouse outside the Garden of Delights back to an alley behind Sigil’s Great Foundry.
