ERELHEI-CINLU, The Vault of the Drow
The best-known of Oerth’s Underdark cities, Erelhei-Cinlu is now ruled by House Tormtor following a bloody civil war. The fallen house of Eilservs turned away from Lolth to ally themselves with giants and the Temple of Elemental Evil, servants of the Elder Elemental Eye and his Princes.
Jhalefein believes himself to be the sole survivor of House Eilservs, although Matron Eclavdra has also fled into exile. Alantavra was an Eye of Lolth serving House Tormtor who employed the assassin Xillian.
