THE CONCORDANT DOMAIN OF THE OUTLANDS
The center of the Great Wheel, the rolling plains of the Outlands “fill the space between” all Outer Planes.
At the center of this infinite expanse lies an infinitely tall spire, and the city of Sigil floats above it.
Along the periphery of the Outlands, gate-towns like Plague-Mort provide passage to the other Outer Planes.
