THE PALACE OF THE JESTER (♀13)
Found in The Lady’s Ward, the Palace is Sigil’s largest and oldest building. Its only resident is Jeremo the Natterer, self-styled jester to Her Serenity, The Lady of Pain. He holds an annual Masque within the Palace.
The Palace serves as an unofficial Sigil headquarters for the Ring-Givers sect.
