In search of finding a good character to counteract Corinth’s evil, the high priests found a paladin. This paladin of course had the same intentions as Corinth. He wanted to obtain immortality, have his power become tainted with the evil that Corinth was providing. After finding out the true nature of this paladin, the high priests chained him to the wall and left him nude. They did not however know that he was a descendant of a vampire. He fed off of his blood for centuries, forgetting who he was and what he was doing. All he remembered was his first name and his want of finding that power that he sought those many years ago.
