My friend Coatl and the oracle are absent, so I know not what the mask I will send you is capable of, other than improving/providing perception and darkvision, and possibly calling to the baser instincts.
However, if there’s an improvement to vision, there may also be forces watching through the mask – as if a spyglass – so the mask should be examined and studied before it is put into any storehouse, lest the viewer know of the location and mount an attack on it.
Before the item is shelved, please have it thoroughly studied to prevent this item from calling to our foes.
