Bio
Effram Harris had been missing for nearly two weeks when his friend and colleague, Rudolph Pearson, enlists investigators to locate his whereabouts.
Harris has rented a factory in the Gashouse District to complete a teleporatation device, which he believes will, “do for the universe what the telephone did for the world.”
When last seen, Harris was looking upon the skies of another world in horror as investigators broke his machine.
He is presumed dead…
