This book is a looseleaf collection of assorted pages from at least five different tomes. Three of the contributing works are in English, but there are also pages in Latin and German that make up the remaining text.
Ivy Morgan and Jonas Markham bring the mysterious tome to Rudolph Pearson on June 14, 1926. He confirms the three languages that make up the text, as well as identifying excerpts from the first edition of Unaussprechlichen Kulten.
Professor Pearson promises to provide the investigators with a full translation of the text within ten days, provided they donate the original to Columbia University.
