The Six Gods of Decree

the Gods of Decree are the six gods who patron the provinces and cities of Goshen. These six gods gave aid to the races of the world durring the first Wild Crisis, and together formed the land known as goshen to serve as a home for their wandering peoples.

Anu LG
Anu is the god of Light and strength. He stands for Justice and power in the face of evil. His place is at the head of the gods, traditionally, though his Blades have no authority outside of his territory on Goshen. Anu is also given credit for the creation of Humans. Because of this, many humans worship him as their spiritual father.

The blessings of Anu grant a +2 spiritual bonus to Strength for 8 hours

Ramman CG
Ramman is the god of Lightning and storms. He is said to have direct dominion over the weather, be it good or bad. He stands for personal skill and zeal. His followers are often showmen, travellers, and skillful warriors. He is given credit for the creation of the Tonkean, and watches over them as his prized creation.

The Blessings of Ramman grant a +2 Spiritual bonus to Dexterity for 8 hours

Ninhursag NG
Ninjursag is the goddess of earth and the wood. She is kind and proud, and is said to be one of the oldest of the Gods of Decree. She favors love, self-respect, protection and healing. She is given credit for the creation of the wilds, and of the Aseizu. Many Aseizu consider her to be the holy mother, and many wandering Utrasi carry portable shrines to the goddess.

The Blessings of Ninhursag grant a +2 Spiritual bonus to Constitution for 8 hours.

Ea LN
Ea is the god of water and Ice. He favors intelligence, excellence, Language, and understanding. His most devout followers tend to be Monks and pilgrims who tend away from politics or war. Instead, they value learning and self-dicipline. He is said to have created the Capra, and imparted to them magic and the responsibility of it’s distribution, teaching, and maintenance.

Ea’s Blessing grants a +2 spiritual Bonus to Intelligence for 8 hours.

Sin N
Sin is the God of Darkness and mystery. He values wisdom, understanding, Choice and life. His symbol is the moon. And though he is often pictured as the opposite of the Law god Anu, his closest worshipers prefer to think of him as a light in the darkness. A guiding light when all other light refuses to shine. He is said to have created the Tuatha.

Sin’s Blessing grants a +2 Spiritual Bonus to Wisdom

Ishtar CN
Ishtar is the Goddess of fire. She teaches optimism, personal freedom, and self-expression. Her followers strive to leave their marks, and as a result those of Ishtar herself, on the world. They are often times world-travelers, peddlers, vagabonds, and merchants. She is said to have created Suli, and watches over them as they wander.

Ishtar’s blessing grants a +2 Spiritual Bonus to Charisma.

The Primordial Dieties

Tiamat CN
Tiamat is the goddess of primordial chaos. It is said that she appears as a sea serpent. Together with Abzu, She birthed the cosmos. Her mysterious and Chaotic origins have led several to believe that she is the cause for the Wild crisis.

Abzu LN
Abzu is the God of Primordial god of Law. He also appears as a sea-serpent in most depictions. He is called the father of the gods, and often times seen as the highest authority of the godly realms. It is unclear whether or not his will is still at work in the world, unlike the six gods who decree. Anu, Rammah, and Ninhursag are his children.

Ereshkigal and Nergal N
Ereshkigal and Nergal are the queen and king of the underworld. They do not reap the dead, but watch over the dead as they wander about the dead world of Arali. Ereshkigal and Nergal were said to have birthed Ea, Ishtar, and Sin.
