A large marsh lying east of Keir Treasa and along the Meirle River and its tributaries. While the town of Baoghal hugs its central northern edge, and there are some small settlements near Keir Treasa, much of it is avoided by humans and elves alike. The marsh is home to at least three tribes of lizardfolk and a number of bog trog bands, and there are persistent rumors that a large and vicious hydra hunts the Aog north of the Meirle.
