North Bend is a tiny settlement lying about 30 miles east of Seattle on The Snoqualmie Trail. There’s not much to the place except the Borst Farm, which raises all sorts of livestock, vegetables, fruits, nuts, strapping sons and fetching daughters—you name it. They also run a full-service general store, where local hunters and trappers are always willing to share a bigfoot tale or two, tongue-in-cheek though they may be.
