• Description: An ‘up and coming’ neighborhood filled with bars and restaurants. On the surface, its a fun and slightly edgy place for the upscale college crowd and a ‘classy’ place for lower income people. This leads to dangerous confrontations and bad press for its night life. In addition to the ‘obvious’ issues, Adams-Morgan is the location of a turf war between local lycanthropes and Vampires, each faction waging a battle for influence through human proxies.
• The Idea: What’s right in the mundane world may reflect questionable moral backing in the supernatural world.
• Aspect: Hip and Deadly
• Face: Officer Frederick Francisco. Half white, half latino, he is a recent Criminology alumni that joined the DC police to ‘make a difference’ as a beat cop. Working in his old favorite nighttime spot, he is exasperated with the revolving door of problems and babysitting his former classmates.
