A cabal formed around the symbolism of the colors. This cabal has never had the seven colors of the rainbow which is their ideal. They lost a member when the old Consilium stepped down. There are currently 4 members.

Members

Blue – Thyrsus Free Council. Councilor. He speaks slowly and deliberates before making a ruling. He has an open round face and thoughtful brown eyes.

Red – Obrimos Adamantine Arrow. The Provost. He is hot-headed. He seems to wear a perpetual frown under his mop of black hair.

Yellow – Obrimos Free Council. She is warm and genuine, and while not drop-dead gorgeous, she is generally considered to be the prettiest mage in the city.

Green – Thyrsus Silver Ladder. Noted for her skill at healing, The dark hair she keeps covering one side of her face conceals a scar no one knows the history behind.
