Doctor Jonathan Scott Lancaster

The Doctor is well known for his extreme tastes in experimentation and research into all things related to human improvements. The dwellers of The Bilges live in eternal fear of being dragged off to become an unwilling subject in one of his macabre, sadistic experiments. Extremely intelligent, calculating and cunning, Jonathan is treated with fear and respect by those who have met him and is considered an urban legend by those that haven’t.

Frog

Frog is a South African pirate (in the nautical sense) with a penchant trading all manor of illegal goods. If you need something, Frog can get it for you. If you want to do something to someone, Frog can probably arrange it or hook you up with someone else who can. Frog’s one of the most well-known go-to guys on the Dockyards due to his consistent ability to deliver. Well, that and the fact that not many people live to cross him.

Why is he called Frog? Because he speaks French as his mother tongue and the name stuck after someone first coined it on him. Not make a big deal of it though. This guy doesn’t surrender. Ever.
