Heck yeah it is! The nice thing too is that there are plenty of places close to Portland that are reasonable enough for anyone to get to. Even a smelly hobo can hitch a ride with one of the other PCs.

BTW, a link to the pdf to share with you guys and gals:

Is Portland big enough?

Hey everybody who cares to look at this!
This game doesn’t exist yet. I’m using it as a place holder to fill you guys in on what we’ll be doing New Year’s eve if we al want to play Dresden Files RPG.
The system is a little different than what many of us are used to. As soon as I get yous guys’s emails I can email you the pdf of the rule book.
If we do want to play the game let me know so I can prepare some stuff.
To give you an idea of what we’re looking at:
-The game will be set in Portland Oregon and it’s surrounding area.
-Character and Campaign creation is collaborative, so if we want to make it a story we create, we won’t necesarily be able to play that evening.
-That being said there are some modules we can play that are fun that can help get people used to the rules if you want to play a one-ish shot.
-The game uses special dice. Don’t worry about getting any… Christmas is just around the corner.
-I’ve never GMed this game before, so please respect Rule 0 if we play.

This is a game I’ve played and loved with my other gaming group. I think it is right up our alley, so I wouldn’t mind if it became a non-one shot. We’ll discuss that when the time comes. For now I need to know if anybody wants to play a new game enough to bear with a new GM and a new rules system.
Send me your email so I can collaborte with you and share the Rules with you if yo uare so inclined.
