Eberron

D&D (3.5)

Swordplay Without Company

Bored. Bored, bored, bored. Oh a time to be Bored. I joined this adventure for the magic items, not to sit around on a earth glider twiddling my thumbs.

As we broke camp, a strong feeling of restlessness came over me and I knew I needed to get out of there. Bings was feeling much the same and decided to join me, with Alf in tow.

As we were walking along, my Magic detection told me that there was a magic item afoot, I needed to check it out. To my dismay it was a magically hidden hole in the ground. A very deep hole.

Anyway, push came to shove, we killed a minotaur, got paid, got jacked, and ended up wiser than we entered.

I got enough loot to justify buying some magical armor enhancements and a wand.

Maybe it was worth it, maybe it cost too much, but this short adventure got me closer to full magic immersement.

P.S. Centaur sorcerers are greedy bastards.
