This game has been postponed indefinitely in favor of my Mass Effect game.

Added wiki entries for several locations and organizations to the Party wiki.

Character creation rules are now completed and posted.

All NPCs have had their character levels listed, and a few have been changed dramatically from what they were previously—including one who changed literally everything but their race and gender.
